  1. Delivery rates are applied to your order on Checkout based on the Delivery address postal code. These rates are as follows:
    1. Major Cities: R 108 – Delivery in 5 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.
    2. Outlying Areas: R 118
    3. Remote Areas: R 140
  2. Bulk Deliveries: Will be quoted (i.e. 4 items or more and heavy items like paintballs, gas cylinders and some rifles) – PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM the delivery cost.
  3. Areas not serviced by courier companies: We reserve the right to re-quote on deliveries – PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM the delivery cost.
  4. Collection ready within 24 hrs (ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED AND PAID IN FULL BEFORE COLLECTION)

Terms and Conditions

5. Delivery

5.1
Where possible, we will deliver the Product at the place of delivery stipulated by you when placing your Order.

5.1.1
Delivery rates are applied to your order on Checkout based on the Delivery address postal code. These rates are as follows:

    1. Major Cities: R 99 – Delivery in 5 working days.
    2. Outlying Areas: R 122
    3. Remote Areas: R 180

5.1.2
Bulk Deliveries: Will be quoted (i.e. 4 items or more and heavy items like paintballs, gas cylinders and some rifles) – PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM the delivery cost.
5.1.3
Areas not serviced by courier companies: We reserve the right to re-quote on deliveries – PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM the delivery cost.

5.2
Delivery charges are calculated automatically on the total value and/ or the weight of all products included in an order, when the order is created.

5.3
We will make every effort to deliver within the time period indicated by us at the time of your Order, which time period will be updated in the “ORDER CONFIRMATION”. If parcels exceeds the weight of 15kg, contact us for a delivery quotation (this is most likely the case of co2 gas canisters/paintballs). Contact us on t 071 675 1164 or email [email protected].

5.4
Should we be unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable to you for any losses, any and all claims of whatever nature and howsoever arising, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery of the Product(s).

5.5
On delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any patent faults, defects or damage before you accept delivery. Please ensure that you retain a copy of the signed receipt should a dispute regarding the Product(s) arise in the future.

5.6
In the event that we, for any reason, are unable to deliver the Product(s) to the specified place of delivery, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you place your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or request an alternate address for delivery.

5.7
All risk in the Product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery, except where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations as set out herein. In the event that delivery is delayed due to a breach by you, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. Where risk in the Product(s) has passed to you, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery of the Product(s).

5.8
If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two week time period of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, without limiting the remedies available to us in law, we reserve the right to:

5.8.1
charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; and/or

5.8.2
no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately canceling the Order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or cheque card company as applicable any money already paid to us in respect of the Product(s), less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause 5.8.1 above).
