The Buck Knives 657 Pursuit Large Gut Hook Knife – Orange hunting knife combines a highly visible, sure grip handle with Buck’s high end S35Vn Steel. A multi-purpose alternative to traditional hunting knives, the Pursuit Series fills the need for a mid-range hunting knife designed from the beginner to the experienced, serious hunter.
Competitively priced, these USA made knives are available with standard or gut hook blades. Added detail was put into the design, creating a comfortable, non-slip profile and full tang, dependable blades. Designed for excellent performance, the Pursuit Series line is a perfect field option. The guthook makes quick work when field dressing. The 24.1 cm full tang design and comfortable, contoured handle provide a durable knife that reduces hand fatigue while working. This knife is carried with a heavy-duty nylon sheath with a belt loop.
The tang is the unsharpened portion of the blade that extends into the handle material. This knife features a full tang that runs the length of the handle giving the knife a continuous structure resulting in a strong reliable knife perfect for heavy-duty task.
