Description

The Celestron CPC 800 GPS (XLT) Computerized Telescope – 203mm is designed for both near-space and deep-space observation and astrophotography.

Central to the functionality of this system is the NexStar+ technology. The NexStar+ computer controller has a database of over 40,000 objects, including planets, stars, nebulae, and more. Users can add 100 custom objects and apply filters for personalized lists. The controller is intuitive, with a menu-driven interface offering powerful features.

The Celestron telescope features a sophisticated Schmidt-Cassegrain system. The StarBright XLT optical coatings boost light transmission and reflectivity across the visible spectrum. This combination ensures that the telescope delivers bright, clear, images with accurate colors and minimal distortion.

The Celestron CPC 800 telescope is mounted on a motorized dual-tine fork mount with dual-axis motors, offering precise movements with minimal vibration. A GPS receiver simplifies setup by automatically relaying location data to the controller with minimal user input.

With a powerful aperture and focal length, the stargazing possibilities are endless. The Celestron Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope offers an advanced optical design alongside powerful features.  It includes a 40mm eyepiece providing 51x magnification, 9×50 finderscope, and 1.25″ star diagonal. The optical tube is made of aluminum, which offers durability. The tripod legs of this computerized telescope are 2″ stainless steel.

This Celestron telescope, with trusted quality and advanced features, will be the perfect stargazing companion.

Note that this package includes the optical tube assembly and mount only. Users will still need a separate heavy-duty tripod or a permanent pier to properly use the Celestron CPC 800 GPS (XLT) Computerized Telescope.
