The Celestron Labs CM800 Compound Microscope offers the latest advancements in microscopy at an affordable price. Featuring both upper and lower LED lighting, it provides bright, natural colors while remaining cool to the touch.

Constructed entirely from metal, the compound microscope is robust and stable, making it ideal for various settings. The adjustable stage, equipped with metal clips, ensures that specimen slides remain centered for optimal viewing. Additionally, the microscope comes with ten prepared slides, allowing users to begin their explorations immediately upon unboxing. The simple condenser with a rotating disc further enhances the lower illumination, facilitating detailed observations.

Key features of the Celestron CM800 include its lab-ready design and the capability to achieve up to 800x magnification. Built-in, adjustable LED illumination ensures clear visibility of specimens. This Celestron microscope includes two eyepieces (10x and 20x) and three objective lenses (4x, 10x, and 40x), enabling a range of magnifications from 40x to 800x.

For field use, the Celestron microscope is convenient and portable. The microscope can be powered via a universal AC adapter compatible with multiple plug types (A, C, G, and I), or by three AA batteries.

The CM800 compound microscope has a monocular head. Inclined at 45 degrees, it offers comfortable viewing. The nosepiece is triple and rotational, accommodating the three achromatic objective lenses. Focus is achieved through a rack and pinion mechanism, with coarse focus only, allowing 8mm travel per rotation.

The stage is plain, measuring 88mm x 88mm, and features metal clips for securing slides. The condenser, while simple, includes a rotating disc with six aperture sizes, and the numerical aperture (N.A.) is 0.65.

Overall, the Celestron Labs CM800 Compound Microscope is a reliable and efficient tool for educational and professional use. It combines high-quality optics with user-friendly features to facilitate detailed and accurate microscopic observations.
