Specifically tuned for 5.56 NATO ballistics, the Hawke Spitfire Prism Sight delivers dependable accuracy and rapid target acquisition. It is an ideal choice for both tactical operations and hunting adventures.
At the heart of this sight lies the Tactical BDC – 5.56 reticle. This glass-etched and illuminated reticle offers enhanced visibility. Hawke designed the Bullet Drop Compensating (BDC) reticle to provide precise holdover points calibrated for 5.56 cartridges. This design enables faster target engagement and better shot placement at medium to long ranges. The illuminated central dot and horseshoe also support quick aiming, even in low-light conditions.
You can zero the sight at 50 yards to get reliable accuracy out to 200 yards using the central aim point. For the best BDC performance, confirm your zero at 200 yards. Then fine-tune it for greater precision at longer distances.
The 4x 24mm prism sight features a 10-stage digital brightness control. This lets you easily adjust reticle intensity based on lighting conditions. Exposed 1 MOA turrets provide quick and tactile windage and elevation adjustments. This gives you full control in the field.
