Description
The Hawke Optics 3-9×40 Vantage IR Riflescope is a versatile mid to long-range optic. It features a partially-illuminated crosshair reticle with five brightness levels in red and green. Red works well in low-light, while green is easier to see in bright sunlight.
The 40mm objective gathers light effectively while staying low-profile. Covered turrets prevent accidental adjustments. The fast-focus collar and knurled rheostat make adjustments quick and easy. The lightweight anodized aluminum housing adds durability. The 1″ one-piece maintube is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed, making it water and fogproof.
This riflescope includes a registered reticle design exclusive to Hawke. Aim points are calculated for the specific caliber. It is easy to zero, providing excellent downrange accuracy with illuminated aim points.
You can zero it at 9x magnification for 50 yards, with all aim points pre-calculated at 1057 fps (322 m/s). It also supports a 50-meter zero when set to 7.9x magnification, with aim points correct in metric.
