At the heart of the kit is the Lee Classic Cast Press, a rugged single-stage press featuring a solid cast iron “O” frame. Its large opening and 4-inch ram stroke accommodate the size and strength required for .50 BMG reloading, while the 1-1/8″ diameter ram and compound linkage with travel stop deliver smooth, powerful operation without “cam-over.” The press is also ambidextrous, making it comfortable for both right- and left-handed reloaders.

The press accepts both 1-1/4″-12 threaded dies (ideal for large calibers) and 7/8″-14 dies with the included die bushing, offering excellent versatility. It features an automatic primer arm for bottom-of-stroke priming and includes both large and small primer arms for added convenience.
